Attaf meets with AMU’s Secretary General in Accra

The Minister of Foreign Affairs and National Community Abroad, Mr. Ahmed Attaf, held today , in the Ghanaian capital, Accra,a bilateral meeting with the Secretary-General of the Arab Maghreb Union, Mr. Tarek Ben Salem.

On this occasion, Minister Ahmed Attaf renewed his congratulations to Mr. Tarek Ben Salem on his appointment as Secretary-General of the Arab Maghreb Union. He also praised the wise decision of Tunisia in proposing for this position a seasoned diplomat known for his dedication and commitment to the issues concerning the Maghreb region. He assured him that Algeria would extend a helping hand in fulfilling his duties in service of the aspirations and interests of the Maghreb peoples.
