The Algerian Embassy in Tokyo Commemorates the 64th Anniversary of Victory Day: Eternal Glories, Renewed Victories

The Embassy of Algeria in Tokyo commemorated today the 64th anniversary of Victory Day, March 19, under the theme “Eternal Glories, Renewed Victories.” On this occasion, a minute of silence was observed, and Al-Fatiha was recited in remembrance of the martyrs of the War of Liberation. His Excellency Ambassador Toufik Milat delivered a brief address, recalling the significance of this day in Algeria’s history and praising the immense sacrifices made by the Algerian people and the leaders of the national struggle, which led to Algeria’s regaining of its independence and the preservation of its territorial integrity.
