2004-2009: Minister-Counsellor at the Algerian Embassy in Brussels (Bilateral Embassy to the Kingdom of Belgium and the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg and Mission to the Europen Union):

• Representive of the Algerian Mission within the "Mediterranean cooperation Group" of the Northern Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO Headquarter- Brussels).
