As part of the measures to facilitate travel to Algeria by our nationals during the summer season, the Algerian Embassy in Tokyo wishes to inform members of the national community living in Japan that it has been decided, until October 31, 2024, to authorize children aged 15 and under, who hold foreign passports and do not have an Algerian identity document, and who are traveling with their parents and/or guardians, to enter the country on presentation of the following civil status documents (livret de famille, birth certificate, family record) establishing the family relationship and/or documents proving guardianship status (kafala, guardianship decree), without requiring a visa.

The Embassy remains at the disposal of members of the national community established in Japan for any further information on this subject.
