Parliamentary Vice-Minister for Foreign Affairs presents his condolences to the Ambassador of Algeria

Following the passing of former President of the Republic the late Liamine ZEROUAL, Mr. Yohei ONISHI, Japan's Parliamentary Vice-Minister for Foreign Affairs, visited the Algerian Embassy in Tokyo on Friday, April 3^rd, 2026, to sign the book of condolences and offer his condolences on behalf of the Japanese government to the Algerian government and people on their great loss. On this occasion, Mr. Onishi expressed his deepest condolences to Ambassador Toufik MILAT on the passing of one of Algeria's most prominent statesmen during the 1990s.
