Attaf receives phone call from acting Iranian Foreign Minister
Today, the Minister of Foreign Affairs and National Community Abroad, Mr. Ahmed Attaf, received a phone call from the Acting Foreign Minister of the Islamic Republic of Iran, Mr. Ali Bagheri Kani.
This call was dedicated to reviewing developments in the Palestinian issue in the context of Israeli policy of escalation and fueling wars on more than one front and direction in the Middle East, as well as the consequences of the terrorist operation committed by the Zionist entity in Tehran, which resulted in the death of the late Ismail Haniyeh, the head of the political bureau of the Hamas movement.
In this regard, the two ministers agreed on the necessity of intensifying the efforts of Arab and Islamic countries, at the level of various international bodies and organizations, to compel the Zionist entity to stop its brutal and relentless aggression on the Palestinian people in the Gaza Strip, as well as to put an end to its repeated attempts to expand the scope of the conflict and drag the region into wars that will have catastrophic consequences for everyone without exception.
