The Ambassador of Algeria in Tokyo meets members of the Algerian Community in Japan

As part of the regular meetings organized by the Embassy of Algeria in Tokyo, Mr. Toufik Milat, Ambassador of Algeria in Japan, received yesterday, Sunday, a group of members of the Algerian community residing in Japan. On this occasion, discussions were held regarding their concerns and challenges in Japan, and their proposals for improving consular services were heard, with a view to better responding to their requests and addressing their concerns under the best possible conditions.

The Ambassador delivered a speech highlighting the important role played by members of the Algerian community abroad in promoting Algeria’s image in their host countries. He stressed that each member of the community serves as Ambassadors and representatives of Algerian culture, with its rich historical heritage and authentic values.

The gathering also provided an opportunity for members of the community to interact with one another during a luncheon hosted by the Embassy in their honor. They highly appreciated the initiative and expressed their pride in belonging to their homeland, as well as their gratitude for the attention given by the Algerian authorities to their situation abroad. They emphasized that such efforts contribute to strengthening their ties with Algeria, enhancing its image overseas, and supporting the development of the country's human capital to the greatest extent possible.
