On the sidelines of his participation in the Ministerial Meeting of the Tokyo International Conference on African Development (TICAD), held in Tokyo from August 24 to 25, 2024, the Minister of Knowledge Economy, Start-ups, and Micro-Enterprises, Mr. Yacine El-Mahdi Oualid, held on the 23rd of august, a bilateral meeting with Mr. Sohai Hara, Senior Vice President of the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA), responsible for the operational strategy for the Middle East and Europe.
