Members of the Algerian community celebrate at the Embassy the national team’s qualification for the second round

Members of the Algerian community residing in Japan joined staff at the Algerian Embassy in Tokyo in celebrating the national football team’s qualification following their third match against Austria, which was broadcast by the Embassy at its headquarters today, 28 June 2026.

The occasion also provided an opportunity for our nationals to fulfil their electoral duty and cast their votes to elect members of the National People’s Assembly during the ongoing ballot at the Tokyo polling station, which runs from 27 June to 3 July 2026.
