Celebration of the 62nd anniversary of the Independence and Youth Days

As part of the celebrations commemorating the glorious Independence Day, and in coordination with the President of the Association of Algerians Residing in Japan, "Najma," the embassy organized two football matches on the evening of Sunday, July 7. These matches featured players from the national community residing in Japan, including both children and adults, and were attended by a large number of their families.

These matches were marked by the participation of the Ambassador of Palestine to Japan and the Dean of the Council of Arab Ambassadors, Brother Walid Sayam, who wore the suit of the Algerian National Team and the Palestinian keffiyeh, as an expression of solidarity with the Algerian people on their Independence Day.

The players also wore shirts in national colors with "ALGERIA IN JAPAN" written on the back and the national flag and the 62nd Independence Anniversary logo on the front.

At the end of the matches, trophies were distributed to the winning teams and medals to all players, as well as to the referee and the Dean of Algerians in Tokyo, Mr Mohamed ZAOUI.
