Opening of The annual Review of the Electoral Roll

– From Monday, October 20 to Tuesday, November 18, 2025 –

• In accordance with Order No. 21-01 dated March 10, 2021, concerning the organic law related to the electoral system;

The Electoral List Review Committee at the Embassy of Algeria in Tokyo invites all unregistered Algerian citizens residing within its consular jurisdiction (Japan), who meet the following conditions:

      – Registered at the Embassy;

      – Eighteen (18) years old or older on the day of the election;

      – In full possession of her/his civil and political rights.

To register themselves by filling out and sign the form available at the Embassy, then submitting it to the Embassy or sending it by mail or email at :

Citizens who have changed their residence must update their addresses or cancel their voter registration from their previous constituency.

Important Notice: Please note that registering at the Embassy does not automatically register you on the electoral roll. To be included, you must personally submit a request during the specified extraordinary review period.
